I created a College Reality TV Show and had the pleasure of running a 40 person production team
How Does It Work?
Contestants (College students) are divided into teams or “tribes” and compete in challenges that determine who will be “safe” from getting voted off the show.
Those who win the challenge are safe that episode. Each week the players vote for another player, and the player with the most votes is voted off.
The game is always on going, meaning players call, text, and meetup to strategize and create alliances. Players are voted off until there is a winner left in the game
Why did I make it? How has it done?
As a passionate survivor fan and someone who loves a good competition, I was missing a reality tv loving community. Instead of being sad about not having it… I decided to make it myself.
Since we started in March 2022 we have:
Filmed 5 Seasons (Uploaded 2)
Accumulated over 1200 applications to play
Have had over 120 players contribute as a production member or as a player
Achieved 25K+ Youtube/Instagram views
I've truly learned so much growing this organization, having to collaborate with filmers, editors, producers, and players. This organization has easily been the most fulfilling part of my college experience
